Description
This is my submission for 
's Description Drawing Challenge!
It was really fun to do. I love drawing something after someone elses description. And I'm curious what the other entries will look like.
She is part of a bird-worshipping tribe who lives in the desert. When her tribe was turned to stone by a Basilisk, she goes searching for a cure. But she's no trained warrior and has never been on her own, so it's a hard task.
I'm quite proud of how the face turned out. She looks tired and worried and that's what I wanted to achieve. And she's no average beauty.
In case you're wondering, the third ponytail is the rest of her hair and tied like the little ones on her back. The trident is supposed to resemble a birds foot. I also added some feathers to the adornment on her forehead, because I think it fits her outfit.
I don't like the boots though. They look like some dinosaur slippers for kids. I should use references to draw clothing too, not only for the poses! xD
This picture took me way to long to draw, considering it's simplicity - about 15 hours spread over 4 days. I should really get faster!

I'm so bad with linearts and simple-hard shading that I get amazed evrerytime I look at something like this *-* geting clear lines on digital is so hard, at least for me, so
I really like the shadows and the colors in general, I also love the clothes, the description was very especific about them, so I guess it wasn't your creativity, but you did a good job ´bringing them to life´ from the description.
The boots are horrible. No ofense. xD they just don't mach the rest of the outfit and are a "little" to big, I could fit like 4 of my feet in there O.o
And one more detail: I didn't know what were that potions before reading the description, maybe they could be better hanging from the other side of the rope....
and well, I just don't know how to close coments, sooo bye!
